Affiliate terms

1. Who can join

Anyone aged 18 or over can join: content creators, groups and communities, agencies, blogs, former students. You join as an independent party, not as our employee, agent or representative, and you may not make promises or statements on our behalf.

You join with an Adesso Italian account (the same one if you are also a student or a tutor) and get a personal link and code at once. We may decline or end a participation at any time, in particular in the cases of section 6.

2. What the people you bring get

People who come through your link or code and are new to Adesso Italian pay EUR 19 for their 50-minute first lesson instead of EUR 39, as described in section 9 of our Terms of Service. New means that, before opening your link, they had no account with us, had not subscribed to our newsletter, bought a booklet or left their e-mail address with us, and had not first come to the site from one of our adverts. A link is remembered for 30 days on the device where it was opened.

3. What you earn

You earn 20% of the first payment of the first monthly lesson pack bought by each student who came through your link, once per student, unless we agreed another percentage with you in writing. For example, with our standard prices: about EUR 31 for a pack of 4 lessons, EUR 58 for 8 and about EUR 82 for 12. Later renewals, single lessons, the first lesson and other products do not earn a commission.

A commission becomes payable 14 days after the student's payment, once their withdrawal period has passed, and only if that payment has not been refunded in full. You see your visits, sign-ups, first lessons, packs and earnings in your affiliate area; you never see the students' names or contact details.

If a payment is refunded in full or reversed by the cardholder's bank (a chargeback) after we paid you the commission on it, we deduct that commission from your future commissions. While a payment is disputed, its commission is on hold.

4. How and when we pay

We pay once a month by bank transfer, when your payable balance is EUR 30 or more; a smaller balance moves to the following month. In December we pay everything that is payable, whatever the amount. To be paid, add in your affiliate area the name on the bank account, your tax identifier (Italian codice fiscale or the tax number of your country), your address and your IBAN. We may later pay through our payment provider instead of a bank transfer.

Amounts are gross. You are responsible for declaring what you earn and for any tax or contribution due in your country. We keep a record of the payments we make to you, as required by tax law.

5. How to promote Adesso Italian

Say clearly that it is a paid partnership whenever you share your link, for example with #ad or the platform's paid partnership label, as required by consumer and advertising law.

Do not bid on "Adesso Italian" or similar words, our domain or misspellings of them in search or social advertising, and do not create pages, accounts or ads that could be mistaken for ours. Do not send spam or unsolicited messages, do not post fake reviews or testimonials, do not promise prices, results or conditions other than those on our site, and do not use our name, logo or materials in ways that are misleading or that damage our reputation.

Do not use your own link for yourself or for people acting for you: no commission and no friend's price for your own accounts, your own payment cards or accounts created for this purpose.

6. Abuse, suspension and ending

If you break these terms, or we have reasonable grounds to believe that sign-ups or payments through your link are not genuine, we may suspend your participation: your link stops working and the commissions not yet paid are cancelled. We tell you by e-mail and you can reply to explain.

You can leave the programme at any time by writing to hello@adessoitalian.com; we pay what is already payable with the next monthly payment. We may change or end the programme for the future with 30 days' notice by e-mail; commissions already payable are always paid.

7. Your data

We process your data as described in our privacy policy, in particular in the sections on affiliates.

8. Law

These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory rules of your country that protect you.
